By creating an account or placing an order on boostpe.in ("Boostpe", "we"), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Boostpe provides social media promotion services such as followers, likes, views, subscribers and members. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Telegram, X, TikTok, Spotify or any other platform.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks or illegal content.

3. Orders

• You must only submit links to content you own or have permission to promote.
• Links must be public and correct. We are not responsible for delivery to a wrong link you entered.
• Start times and speeds are estimates and may vary.
• Counts can drop over time due to platform clean-ups. Refill guarantees apply only where the service states them.
• We may cancel any order at our discretion, in which case it is refunded to your wallet.

4. Payments and wallet

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Wallet top-ups are made via UPI and are non-refundable, as described in our refund policy.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Boostpe to promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property, or to harass others.

6. Platform rules

Social platforms have their own terms. You use promotion services at your own discretion and are responsible for how you use your accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Boostpe after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
