The order statuses

| Partial | Delivery stopped part-way | Unused part refunded to wallet |
| Canceled | Delivery couldn't run | Full amount refunded to wallet |
| Failed | Order couldn't be started | Full amount refunded to wallet |
How partial refunds are calculated
If you ordered 1,000 followers for ₹300 and the order ends as Partial with 400 remaining, you get back 400/1000 of ₹300, which is ₹120, automatically.
Why orders get cancelled
- The account or post is private.
- The link is wrong or the post was deleted.
- The username changed after ordering.
- The service was temporarily unavailable.
Wallet vs bank refunds
Refunds always go to your Boostpe wallet, where you can use them for another order. Money added to the wallet isn't withdrawable to your bank. See our refund policy.
